The labour of love of two Charatan alum, Barry Jones and Kenneth Barnes, the James Upshall brand takes its name from Barnes' ancestor, James Archelaus Upshall. Known for their shape chart classics and meticulous grain placement, all Upshall pipes were carved by hand using Greek plateau briar.
